Ive made this sailor cards for my friend who is expecting her second son. I can't wait to see him wear it

And I've been hand dying yarn for people to try in an attempt to test launch the product for feedback. It was really nerve wracking sending my product for people to review but I have had good responses from them all!

So I can finally reveal what myself and my friend Amie have been working on. Our friend Jayne gave birth to a baby boy in July and we have been secretly crocheting this for her it's an Aran weight blanket in Drops yarn.

So here is the Zaubershawl all blocked and ready to be taken to Holland next week. I love how the colour way works with this. The pink starts at exactly the right row on the lace work. One of my favourite projects this year for sure!

So I casted off my affectionately named zaubershawl last night, it's ready for my blocking lesson on Wednesday. Wo knew you could organise a play date and be taught how to block a shawl while you're there?!

I'm busy creating cardigans for the girls to take on our trip to Holland. Here's 2 I made earlier (and by earlier I mean last month!) currently have 2 more on needles which I'm hoping to get finished this week!

Today I finished a secret project that I will reveal when the giftee has received it and have only 3 rows left on my zaubershawl- more on that later too!
